GPL (General Public License) is an open-source license that grants freedom to:

Important: GPLorbit is not a marketplace. We are a community sharing GPL resources that are legally redistributable.

How to Register
- Click the "Register" button in the top right corner
- Fill in your name, email, and password
- Verify your email via the link sent
- Login and start exploring the library

Trust Score is a reputation system based on your activity:

Search Files
Use the search feature in the header or Library page to find plugins/themes you need. Filter by category for more specific results.

Bookmarks
Bookmarks allow you to save your favorite files for quick access later. All bookmarked files are stored in your Dashboard.
📌 How to Save a Bookmark
- Navigate to any file in the Library
- Click on the file to open its detail page
- Click the Bookmark button (usually a bookmark/save icon)
- The file is now saved to your bookmarks
🗑️ How to Remove a Bookmark
- Go to Dashboard → Bookmarks
- Find the file you want to remove
- Click the Remove or Unbookmark button
- Alternatively, visit the file page and click the bookmark button again to toggle it off
💡 Tip: Bookmarks are synced across all your devices when logged in. Use them to keep track of plugins/themes you plan to download later.
File Security
Every file goes through multi-layer security process:

6. GPLorbit Connect
WordPress Plugin
GPLorbit Connect is the official plugin to install and update plugins/themes directly from your WordPress dashboard.
API Key
An API Key is required to connect GPLConnect to your GPLorbit account.
- Go to Dashboard → API Keys
- Click "Generate New Key"
- Copy the key and paste it in GPLConnect settings
Limit: Free=1 key, Supporter=2-6 keys (depending on plan)

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it legal to use GPLorbit?
Yes, all files are GPL-licensed which legally allows redistribution.
Are files safe from malware?
Yes, every file is scanned with ClamAV and verified by moderator team.
How to request new files?
Create a thread in Forum under "Request" category. Priority given to Supporters.
Troubleshooting
Verification email not received
Check spam folder. If not found, click "Resend" on verification page.
Download failed / corrupt file
Try downloading again. If still failing, report in Forum.
GPLConnect not connecting
Ensure API Key is correct and not revoked. Generate a new key if needed.
